For prospective and current international students, EDU Corporate Services may, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), disclose personal information to authorised third-party education or recruitment agents where reasonably necessary to assist with your application, enrolment, or related enquiries. These agents may be located in Australia or overseas and may provide guidance on study pathways, migration matters, or student visa requirements. EDU Corporate Services takes reasonable steps to ensure that any third-party recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles and only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. By providing your personal information, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
